Sally’s passion for “good food delivered by excellent service” means every event is perfectly managed. You and your guests will feel relaxed and taken care of right from the initial enquiry; taking time to get to know you, she effortlessly adapts her style to create your perfect event.
Angus - Chef Director
Angus is our talented Head Chef. Having previously worked at Southampton Football Club he is well equipped when it comes to Event Catering and delivers delicious food, no matter the venue!
He has a passion for using locally-sourced ingredients, and being based right on the edge of the New Forest, where could be better? Angus enjoys the variety of each event and loves working with each new client to create their ideal menu.
Emily - Event Manager
Emily’s organised and precise nature ensures every event comes together perfectly. Working mostly behind the scenes, she ensures all Sally’s expert plans are brilliantly executed.
Having worked with Ginger as a waitress whilst at Uni she knows exactly what is required to make each service seamless – no matter the event!
Sam - Pastry Chef
Although he may be quiet and camera shy. don’t underestimate his talents, Sam creates beautiful desserts and loves planning exciting new dishes for our menus.
Having worked with Angus for 4 years they make an expert team, delivering exquisite dishes every time.
